Attractiveness test.

A picture test can describe the face visible in that one image. Start with the landmark map: do the points actually follow your eyes, mouth and outline? Then read the measurements beside the face rating. This is more informative than treating one number as how everyone sees you. A photo cannot capture your movement, personality or the setting in which someone meets you.

Adults can use the same free photo test without selecting a gender. FaceRater applies one alignment formula to the uploaded image; it does not put women and men on separate attractiveness ladders. Use an unobstructed frontal photo and judge styling ideas by your own preferences.

Different tools may measure different features, use different weights or produce a subjective model response. Even a shared 0–10 scale does not make their scores equivalent. To compare two results meaningfully, use the same tool, similar photo conditions and the underlying measurements. Paying for a FaceRater report does not recalculate your free score.

The current method compares five reflected landmark pairs, the difference between eye widths, and the average offset of four central landmarks. A weighted residual is converted to a score from 0 to 10. Smaller alignment differences produce a higher score. Face width, canthal tilt and the other descriptive ratios are shown separately; they are not secretly added to the score. The complete formula is on our methodology page.

Camera distance changes apparent proportions. Head turn, a raised eyebrow, a small smile, glasses or uneven shadows can shift landmark positions. Compare photos at eye level, with a neutral expression and similar lighting. A changed score is first a reason to check the photo conditions, not evidence that your face changed.

The local machine-learning model detects facial landmarks. Our own formula turns some of those positions into an experimental alignment score. A paid report can add AI-written interpretation and styling ideas. Neither step establishes an objective measure of human attractiveness.

No. The continue button opens your personal report directly. Email saving is optional: it stores your measured result and sends a private return link to the same report, with your free findings and locked paid chapters. There is no password or separate registration step.

No. The free scan runs in your browser. If you choose to save a result, the measured values and your email are saved, while the photo remains on your original device. That is why opening your saved result on another device can show the numbers without the photo.

Use a clear, unfiltered, front-facing image of one adult, with the full face visible. Keep the camera level with your eyes, your head level and your expression relaxed. Avoid wide-angle close-ups. Use even light and remove anything hiding the eyes or jawline.

A hairstyle can change how a face is framed and how a look feels, but it does not change the underlying eye or nose landmarks. Use styling previews to choose a look you like; do not expect a haircut to guarantee a higher face-rating score.
