A NUMBER IS ONLY THE START
Your free face rating gives you the measurements. A report connects those details and turns them into suggestions you can actually use.

Landmark alignment: 99%
Eye-width balance: 99.9%
In this example, both eye widths are similar. The outer corners sit slightly higher than the inner corners. Pose and expression still matter when comparing photos.

UNDERSTAND THE RESULT
This face symmetry test reflects five pairs of detected landmarks across an eye-centred midline. It compares the reflected positions with their partners and normalizes the mismatch by cheek width. The result describes alignment in that photo. Human faces naturally vary from side to side, and a still image can exaggerate or hide that variation.

Yes. Open the tool in a modern mobile browser and choose a clear frontal photo. You can inspect the facial symmetry overlay and measured pairs without installing an app. Hold the phone at eye level and avoid a very close wide-angle selfie, which can change apparent proportions.
The free test identifies measured alignment differences, not their cause or a treatment. Check framing and the landmark overlay first. If you want styling guidance, the optional report connects visible features with reversible choices such as hair framing or eyewear; it does not promise to make your face perfectly symmetrical.
The analyzer finds eye corners, mouth corners, cheek points and jaw points. It corrects head roll, reflects five paired positions across the vertical midline, and measures the remaining mismatch relative to face width. Eye-width balance and central-feature offset are shown separately so you can inspect them.
No. Symmetry is one geometric property. Expression, styling, movement, context and individual preference contribute to how a face is perceived. Our experimental face rating is an alignment summary, not an assessment of your worth or a prediction of how everyone will see you.
It is a scaled landmark-alignment measurement. It is not a percentile and does not mean you are more symmetrical than that percentage of people. A result near 100 means those selected paired landmarks align closely in this particular image.
Use the original image consistently when comparing sessions. Mirroring changes which side appears on the left of the screen but should not meaningfully change an overall paired-alignment measurement. Our eye labels refer to the image view, not a medical left/right convention.
Yes. A strong side light can change the apparent outline and make eye or cheek landmarks harder to detect. Head rotation also changes visible widths. Even front light and a level camera make the comparison easier to interpret.
Mog Battle runs the same local method on two images and shows the results side by side. It is useful for spotting how photo conditions affect measurements. Use photos with comparable camera angle and expression; a higher result is not proof of a better-looking person.
