Privacy Policy

1. Before you analyze a photo

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Use your own adult photo, or a photo of another adult who has agreed to this analysis. Before a personal scan, you must actively confirm the on-device processing notice and agree to the Terms. The checkbox is never selected for you. Choosing a new photo resets it. Viewing our synthetic sample does not upload a personal photo.

2. Free tools: your photo stays on your device

Our attractiveness test, canthal tilt, symmetry, face-proportion and Mog comparison tools detect facial landmarks and calculate measurements in your browser. Free scans do not send your photo or full landmark map to FaceRater or an AI service. We save the photo, measurements and your processing acknowledgement in this browser so you can revisit the result without scanning again.

These local copies remain until you delete them from My reports or clear this site's browser data. They do not automatically move to another device or website address. A page URL containing only an analysis ID cannot retrieve your local photo from our servers.

3. Saving a free result by email is optional

When you choose “Email my result”, we store your email, score, ten measurements, scan timestamp and a record of the notice you accepted. We send a private return link using Cloudflare Email Sending. The saved result expires after 30 days and is removed by scheduled cleanup. The full landmark map and photo stay on your original device.

This request sends a service email, not a marketing subscription. You can continue to your report without supplying an email. Anyone with a valid private return link can open that saved free result; keep the link private. It does not grant access to your paid reports or other purchases.

4. Paid AI reports require separate permission

Before checkout, we ask you to actively consent to uploading your photo and facial measurements. When you continue, a reduced-size copy is uploaded to private Cloudflare storage so it is ready for your order. AI generation starts only after the server verifies payment.

EvoLink receives the photo and measurements needed for AI-written interpretation and, for the complete report, styling images. We use Cloudflare to store the report, produce its PDF, and send its delivery email. Access to private images uses authorized requests or temporary signed links. Free analysis remains available if you decline paid processing.

FaceRater does not sell your photos or facial measurements, build advertising profiles from them, identify you against a face database, or use them to train a FaceRater model. EvoLink routes requests to its model services; their processing is governed by the provider's terms. We do not claim that every upstream provider has a retention or training policy we have independently verified.

5. What we keep and for how long

Physical deletion runs through scheduled cleanup jobs, so removal can follow the stated expiry time rather than happen at the exact second. Copies you download, forward or share remain under your control. Providers may retain operational or backup records under their own policies.

6. Payments, email and service providers

Stripe handles checkout. FaceRater receives order references, payment status and your checkout email, not your full card number. The testing environment uses Stripe sandbox payments. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, private file storage, PDF rendering and email delivery. EvoLink provides the paid AI requests. These providers may process information outside your country.

7. Cookies, browser storage and security

Necessary cookies identify the browser authorized to open a saved result or purchase. Browser storage keeps local scans, report preferences and progress. We use request information, including a hashed network identifier in rate-limit records, to reduce abuse. Hosting providers also process network requests to deliver the website.

The current website does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. We do not bundle marketing permission into a photo-processing checkbox. Legacy test accounts may contain an email and a salted password hash; the current report flow uses private email links without a password.

8. Sharing, deletion and withdrawing permission

Sharing creates a downloadable card; it does not publish your photo to a public gallery. Photos are omitted by default. Including a photo is a separate choice, and sharing someone else's photo requires their permission.

Delete local scans in My reports. An authorized saved free-result page includes a delete option for its server copy. For deletion of paid files, withdrawal of ongoing processing permission, access or correction requests, email report@facerater.ai from the checkout email and include the order reference. Do not send card details. We may verify ownership before releasing or deleting private information. A withdrawal cannot undo processing already completed.

9. Changes and contact

We date this notice and record the processing notice accepted with newly submitted data. If the processing purpose changes, we will update the notice and request a new choice where needed. Contact report@facerater.ai with privacy questions. Read the Terms of Use for the scope of the service.
