Delivery & refunds.
One-time credit packs
Credits come in one-time packs: 50 credits for $4.99, 120 for $9.99 and 280 for $19.99, in USD before tax. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay, with the final amount in your currency. There is no subscription. Your pack may be sold by our payment service provider acting as the seller (merchant of record); the seller’s name is shown at checkout, on your receipt and on your card statement. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment completes.
When something cannot be made
Try-ons and the full report hold their credits while they are being made. If an image or report cannot be made, the credits return to your account automatically. The report page shows its progress and we email you when the web report and PDF are ready; we aim to deliver within two hours. If a report has not arrived, contact report@facerater.ai and we will investigate or retry without another charge.
Purchased credits are not refundable
Credit packs are a one-time digital purchase, and the credits are added to your account as soon as payment completes, so we don’t refund purchased credits because you changed your mind, whether you have used them or not. We do put things right when something goes wrong: credits for a try-on or report that cannot be made return to your account automatically, and if your credits never arrived, something you paid for didn’t work as described, or you were charged twice or without your permission, email report@facerater.ai from your account email within 60 days and we will add the credits or refund the payment. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Packs sold by our payment service provider
Your pack may be sold by our payment service provider. For those purchases the provider’s refund policy applies and takes precedence over ours. You can contact the provider’s support directly, or email us and we will help.
Correcting a charge
When we correct a duplicate or mistaken charge, we refund it through our payment service provider to the original payment method, including any tax collected for the refunded amount. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the credit. We email you about processing, completion or a problem that needs attention.
Seller and contact
Credit packs are sold by Wanderwhim Inc (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), unless the checkout page names another company as the seller. Send questions about a charge or a refund to report@facerater.ai.
